Welcome to TechNukrats, a dynamic initiative dedicated to igniting passion and fostering innovation within the next generation of African tech leaders. Evolving from the impactful “Born to Impact” tour, TechNukrats is committed to equipping high school students with essential digital skills, opening doors to exciting career paths in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and inspiring them to drive positive change in their communities and beyond.
TechNukrats’ mission is to inspire, educate, and empower high school students by:
- Fostering Digital Literacy: Providing hands-on experience and practical knowledge in various tech fields.
- Demystifying Tech Careers: Exposing students to diverse STEM career paths and entrepreneurial opportunities.
- Cultivating Innovation: Encouraging problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative application of technology through interactive projects and challenges.
- Building a Community: Creating collaborative learning environments where students can connect, share, and grow.
SDGs SUPPORT
TechNukrats’ events and clubs primarily support Quality Education (SDG 4), fostering digital and STEM skills for all students. This directly promotes Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8) and drives Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (SDG 9). By ensuring equitable access, it helps reduce Inequalities (SDG 10), and its collaborative model embodies Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
